I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 17371, 946-960 Bay Drive – Bay Drive Villas. The applicant,
Normandy Holdings II, L.L.C., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to
obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the
partial demolition of the three (3) existing structures and the new construction of a
two (2) and three (3) story townhouse development.
APPROVED
2. DRB File No. 17369, 4441 Collins Avenue – Fontainebleau III. The applicant,
Hotelerama Associates, Ltd., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to
obtain a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 18-story hotel tower.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters
a. DRB File No. 18163, 280-330 South Shore Drive – Normandy Shores. The
applicant, South Shore Landowners, L.C., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the demolition of the four (4) existing two (2) story buildings on
site, and the construction of two (2) new five (5) story multifamily buildings.

b. DRB File No. 18082, 925-935 Marseille Drive – Decomar Townhomes. The
applicants, Zion and Dyan Dahari, are requesting Design Review Approval
for the demolition of two (2) existing single story apartment buildings and the
construction of three (3) four (4) story multifamily buildings.

c. DRB File No. 18215, 4000 Alton Road – Talmudic University. The applicant,
Talmudic College 4000 Alton Road, Inc., is requesting Design Review
approval for the partial demolition and renovation of an existing seven (7)
story hotel, the construction of a new six (6) story structure, and the

construction of a new three (3) story townhouse structure fronting Alton
Road, in order to accommodate an educational institutional use within the
property.

d. DRB File No. 18218, 7800 Caryle Avenue – Carlyle Towers. The applicant,
Carlyle Towers, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval for replacement
of the existing concrete panel balcony railings with vertical picket railings
throughout the building.

e. DRB File No. 18219, 4300 Alton Road – Mount Sinai. The applicant, Mount
Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new nine (9) story medical office buildling with
seven (7) floors of integrated parking.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 18332, 2000 Normandy Drive – Normandy Place. The
applicant, Hoi-Sang Yeung, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a four (4) story mixed-use project on a vacant lot.

b. DRB File No. 18333, 6800 & 7000 Fisher Island Drive – Palazzo del Sol &
Palazzo del Luna. The applicant, Fisher Island Holdings, L.L.C., is
requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of two (2) 10-story
mutlifamily buildings on a vacant lot.

c. DRB File No. 18378, 250 South Hibiscus Drive – Single Family Home. The
applicants, Frank and Rosa marrero, are requesting Design Review
Approval for the total demolition of the existing home, and the construction of
a new 2-story home.
