I. APPEALS FROM ADMINISTRATIVE DECISIONS
1. DRB File No. 18466, 4265 Prairie Avenue – Single Family Home. The applicants, Boris
and Shura Pinhasov, are requesting an appeal of an administrative determination that
the existing single family home on the property is architecturally significant.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters
a. DRB File No. 18082, 925-935 Marseille Drive – Decomar Townhomes. The
applicants, Zion and Dyan Dahari, are requesting Design Review Approval for
the demolition of two (2) existing single story apartment buildings and the
construction of three (3) four (4) story multifamily buildings.

b. DRB File No. 18333, 6800 & 7000 Fisher Island Drive – Palazzo del Sol &
Palazzo del Luna. The applicant, Fisher Island Holdings, L.L.C., is requesting
Design Review Approval for the construction of two (2) 10-story mutlifamily
buildings on a vacant lot.

c. DRB File No. 18382, 1688 Meridian Avenue - Mellon Bank. The applicant,
Mellon United National Bank, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
installation of a Building Identification sign on the north side of the existing
building.

Eduardo F. Botte, is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of
a new five (5) story building on a vacant lot.

Mitrani, Grainer & Associates are requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new five (5) story building on a vacant lot.

Normandy Shores, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a towhome development comprised of seven (7) four (4) story
buildings.

g. DRB File No. 18465, 7000, 7001, 7050, 7080, & 7090 Bonita Drive – Bonita Bay
Apartments. The applicant, Bonita Bay Apts., Ltd., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of three (3) 5-story and one (1) 6-story multi-family
buildings.

h. DRB File No. 17471, 6615 – 6625 Indian Creek Drive – Deauville Parking
Garage. The applicant, Deauville Associates, LLC, is requesting revisions to a
previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a six (6) level
parking garage with accessory retail, in order to relocate and modify the subject
structure.
