I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 17838, 1225-1261 20th Street – cypress bay. The applicant, World
Savings Bank, FSB, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Full
Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction
of a five (5) story mixed-use structure on a vacant lot.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters
a. DRB File No. 18462, 1966 Biarritz Drive – Lofts at Biarritz. The applicant,
Mitrani, Grainer & Associates are requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new five (5) story building on a vacant lot.

b. DRB File No. 18464, 25-135 North Shore Drive – PRIVITA. The applicant,
Normandy Shores, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a townhome development comprised of seven (7) four (4)
story buildings.

2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 18674, 834-836 First Street – Shops of South Beach. The
applicant, 836 First Street, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for
façade alterations to an existing single story building, which will be converted
to retail use.

Bay Apartments. The applicant, Bonita Bay Apartmetns, Ltd., is requesting
Design Review Approval for the construction of three (3) 5-story multifamily
buildings, which will replace six (6) 2 & 3-story buildings to be demolished.

c. DRB File No. 18676, 4300 Alton Road – Mount Sinai Medical Center. The
applicant, Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc., is requesting Design
Review Approval for the construction of an elevated pedestrian walkway
between the existing staff office tower and recently approved medical office
building/parking structure.
