The applicant, Boris & Shula Pinhasov, are requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 2-story single family home, to replace the existing architecturally significant pre-1942 single story home. APPROVED III. REVISIONS TO PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PLANS 1. DRB File No. 16210, 5857-5875 Collins Avenue – Mei Condominium. The applicant, PMG Collins, L.L.C., is requesting revisions to a previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 22-story multifamily building on a vacant lot. Specifically, the applicant is proposing modifications to the previously approved exterior facades. [Continued from 9-20-05] APPROVED 2. DRB File No. 18460, 7411 Carlyle Avenue. The applicants, Julio C. Someillan and Francesca E. Bassakyrou, are requesting revisions to a previously issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a new five (5) story multifamily residential structure. Specifically, the applicant is proposing to eliminate Condition 1.a. of the Final Order, requiring that the parapets at all levels be reduced to a maximum height of 42”. APPROVED IV. The applicants, Mixmo Ramos and Gervasio Ramos, are requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 4-story multifamily building, which will replace four (4), one (1) and two (2) story multifamily buidings to be demolished. APPROVED e. DRB File No. 18794, 946-960 Bay Drive – Bay Drive Villas. The applicant, Bay Drive Villas, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the the partial demolition of three (3) existing structures and the construction of a new 4-story townhome development. APPROVED f. DRB File No. 18796, 7135-7145 Byron Avenue – The Lotus Apts. The applicant, Maxson Investments, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 5-story multifamily buiding on a vacant lot. APPROVED g. DRB File No. 18798, 6610-6640 Indian Creek Drive – Regatta II. The applicant, New World Developers, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 9-story multifamily building, which will replace four (4) 2-story bulidings and one (1) 4-story building, to be substantially demolished.
