I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 17529, 6526 Collins Avenue – Mimosa Mare. The applicant,
Hollywood Enterprises, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain
a Full Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 5-story mixed-use structure.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters
a. DRB File No. 18798, 6610-6640 Indian Creek Drive – Regatta II. The
applicant, New World Developers, L.L.C., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new 9-story multifamily building, which
will replace four (4) 2-story bulidings and one (1) 4-story building, to be
substantially demolished.
CONTINUED: to February 7, 2006
2. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 18868, 1144 Marseille Drive – Marseille Gardens. The
applicant, Juan Mauricio Cuellar, is requesting Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new 4-story multifamily building on a vacant lot.

b. DRB File No. 18871, 929-939 Alton Road. The applicant, Alton Sobe,
L.L.C., is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a
new, 5-story mixed use project, which will replace two (2) existing single
story buildings, to be demolished.

Commerce Street. The applicant, TRG-Alaska III, L.L.C., is requesting
Design Review Approval for the construction of a new 7-story mixed-use
project on a vacant lot.
CONTINUED: to January 3, 2006
d. DRB File No. 18870, Block 52, 718-810 1st Street. The applicant, TRG-
Alaska III, L.L.C., is requesting Design review approval for the
construction of a new 6-story multifamily building, which will replace one
single story building, to be demolished.
APPROVED
III. NEW BUSINESS
1. Discussion: December 20, 2005, and January 3, 2006 regularly scheduled
meeting dates.
December 20, 2005 meeting CANCELED; all items previously scheduled for December 20,
2005 will be rescheduled for the January 3, 2006 meeting.
2. Discussion: Proposed Ordinance Amendment pertaining to Parking Pedestal
Design.
