4. Discussion: Proposed amendment to modify Design Review Board voting
requirements.
BOARD RECOMMENDED APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO BOARD
MEMBER APPOINTMENT AS PROPOSED BY LAND USE COMMITTEE.
II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters:
a. DRB File No. 14745, 1011 - 1015 Alton Road - Dorick Apartments. The
applicant, Jerry Wish, Trustee, is requesting Design Review Approval for
the demolition of existing residential structures in order to construct a

four (4) story, mixed-use facility consisting of retail, parking and
residential units.
NO ACTION TAKEN
New Projects:
b. DRB File No. 15703, 7744 Collins Avenue. The applicant, 7744 Collins,
LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the demolition of an
existing residential structure in order to construct a five (5) story
apartment building.
