I. NEW BUSINESS
1. Requests for Continuances.
2. Extensions of Time:
a. DRB File No. 14096, 4835 Collins Avenue. The applicant, O.B.R.
Limited, L.P., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain
a Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for
the construction of a 490 unit, 21 story, hotel building.

3. Progress Reports:
a. DRB File No. 9194, 4441 Collins Avenue - The Fontainebleau Hotel.
The applicant, Hotelerama Associates, Ltd., is presenting a progress
report pursuant to the requirements of the Final Order for a previously
issued Design Review approval for the phased development of a new
condominium/hotel project.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters:
a. DRB File No. 15703, 7744 Collins Avenue. The applicant, 7744
Collins, LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the demolition
of an existing residential structure in order to construct a five (5) story
apartment building.

2. New Projects:
a. DRB File No. 15704, 600 76th Street. The applicant, Israel Fleitas, is
requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two
(2) story apartment building on a vacant lot.
CONTINUED : to 5/21/02
b. DRB File No. 15768, 36-40 Ocean Drive. The applicant, Taverna Opa
of South Beach, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval to
partially alter, modify, and demolish and existing structure in order to
restore the front façade, reconfigure the interior partition walls, and
construct a rear and side addition.
