demolition of architecturally significant single family homes without a permit.

II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
1. Previously Continued Matters:
a. DRB File No. 15704, 600 76th Street. The applicant, Israel Fleitas, is
requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two (2)
story apartment building on a vacant lot.

2. Revisions to Previously Approved Plans:
a. DRB File No. 15013, 4144 Chase Avenue - Temple Beth Sholom The
applicant, Temple Beth Sholom, Inc., is requesting revisions to a previously

issued Design Review Approval to demolish an existing one (1) story
administration building in order to construct a new two (2) story
administration building and a two (2) story addition to an existing educational
facility and to create a parking lot on an adjacent lot, as well as alter the
temple's entry courtyard. Specifically, the applicant is proposing to reduce
the height of the glass curtain entry feature, shift the location of the chapel
several feet to the east, and make other related modifications to the exterior
elevations.
APPROVED; REVISED LANDSCAPE AND SITE PLANS MUST BE APPROVED BY THE BOARD
PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT
3. New Projects:
a. DRB File No. 15945, various locations in the public right-of-way, city-wide.
The applicant, Clear Channel Adshel, Inc., is requesting Design Review
Approval for the installation of new bus shelters and other miscellaneous
street fixtures and furniture in various locations throughout the city.

b. DRB File No. 15954, 6515 Collins Avenue – Bel-Aire Condominium. The
applicant, Atlantic Bel-Aire, LC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a new 18 story condominium building on a vacant lot.
