I. REQUESTS FOR EXTENSIONS OF TIME
1. DRB File No. 15012, 2-32 Collins Avenue. The applicant, JIGS Investments, Ltd., is
requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a Building Permit for a previously
issued Design Review Approval for the construction of a four (4) story parking garage
with accessory retail and office spaces.
APPROVED: One (1) Year
II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL
Previously Continued Matters
a. DRB File No. 15704, 600 76th Street. The applicant, Israel Fleitas, is
requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a new two (2) story
apartment building on a vacant lot.

b. DRB File No. 16462 – Bayshore Golf Course Cart Facility, 2301 Alton Road.
The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design Review Approval
for the demolition of an existing one (1) story cart storage facility in conjunction
with the construction of a new one (1) story cart storage facility.

Revisions to Previously Approved Plans
c. DRB File No. 15384, 2001 Meridian Avenue. The applicant, FTP Investment
Corporation, is requesting revisions to a previously issued Design Review
Approval for the construction of a new six (6) story condominium building on a
vacant lot facing Dade Boulevard and entered from Meridian Avenue, in order
to increase the height of the subject structure.

requesting a Certificate of Appropriateness to partially demolish, alter and
modify an existing two (2) story office building in order to install an additional
Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at ground level facing 41st Street.

b. DRB File No. 16671 – La Gorce Country Club, 5685 Alton Road. The
applicant, La Gorce Country Club, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval
for the demolition of an existing one (1) story office structure and the
construction of new maintenance, storage and restroom structures at the
center of an existing golf course.

2. DRB File No. 16672, Discussion Item. The applicant, the City of Miami Beach Capital
Improvement Projects Office, is presenting design proposals for a new fence to
surround Bayshore Golf Course, 2301 Alton Road.
