II. APPLICATIONS FOR DESIGN REVIEW APPRO VAL
1. New Projects
a. DRB File No. 17198, 959 West Avenue. The applicant, Gumenick Family
Investments #2, Ltd., is requesting Design Review Approval for new signage .

b. DRB File No. 17199, 894 80th Street. The applicant, Antonio Lorenzo, is requesting
Design Review Approval for the demolition of an existing one (1) story home and
the construction of a new three (3) story residential building .

c. DRB File No. 17200, Belle Isle Park and Adjacent Rights -of -Way - Belle Isle Park
and Streetscape. The applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design
Review Approval for improvements to the park and surrounding rights -of -way .
