1. DRB File No . 15945, Various locations in the public right-of -way, city -wide. The applicant,
Clear Channel Adshel, Inc , is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a
Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review Approval for the installation of n ew
bus shelters and other miscellaneous street fixtures and furniture in various locations
throughout the city .

construction of a new six (6) story residential building on a vacant lot .

b. DRB File No. 17275, 4812 Pine Tree Drive. The applicant, Urban International
Gr oup, LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the demolition of an existing
three (3) story apartment building and the construction of a new five (5) story
residential building.
