Extensions of Time
1.DRB File No. 11471, 2021 - 2031 Meridian Avenue - Meridian Manor . The
applicant, Jonathan Fryd, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to
obtain a Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review approval for
the construction of an eight (8) unit, five (5) story townhome-apartment
building to be located between two existing garden-style structures.
APPROVED: For one (1) year.
Revisions to Previously Approved Plans
1.DRB File No. 12763, 250 West 63rd Street - AQUA on Allison Island. The
applicant, 63rd Street Associates, Ltd., is requesting Design Review Approval
for revisions to previously approved plans for a new multi-family development
community, in order to address the conditions of the Final Order. The revisions
affect the exterior design of the Morris Tower and liner building, as well as the
landscape plan and paving system around the Gorlin, Morris and Spear
Towers.
APPROVED: Subject to minor conditions.
Previously Continued Matters
1.DRB File No. 13237, 103 63rd Street - 63rd Street Residences. The applicant,
La Gorce West, Inc., is requesting Design Review approval for the
construction of a nine (9) story, 42 unit condominium building and the
renovation of an existing hotel structure.
CONTINUED : To 9-19-00
New Projects:
1.DRB File No. 13475, 1800 Alton Road - Chevron . The applicant, Chevron,
U.S.A., is requesting Design Review approval for the
renovation and alteration of an existing service station
including a new landscape plan, the replacement of
existing service bays with a larger convenience store, a
new canopy and a new car wash.
APPROVED: Subject to staff conditions.
2.DRB File No. 13481, 555 17th Street. The applicant, The City of Miami Beach,
is requesting Design Review approval for an artistic supergraphic.
