Extensions of Time
a.DRB File No. 11467, 1420 - 1428 West Avenue - Alliage. The
applicant, West Development, Inc., is requesting a one (1) year
Extension of Time to obtain a Building Permit for a previously
issued Design Review approval for the demolition of an existing
single family house and the construction of a 12-unit, five (5)
story multi-family residential building.

1.DRB File No. 12890, 5875 Collins Avenue - Flatotel Sea Spa Palace. The
applicant, American Leisure Resorts, is requesting Design Review
approval for the construction of a 21 story, 300 unit
condominium/hotel building with accessory restaurant, bar, boutique
and meeting rooms.

2.DRB File No. 12762, 630 85th Street - Las Brisas. The applicant, 85th
Street Associates, Ltd., is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of a nineteen (19) unit, five (5) story residential structure.
APPROVED: As submitted.
3.DRB File No. 13243, 1130 Fifth Street - Gateway Country. The applicant,
Gateway Companies, is requesting Design Review approval for a new
supergraphic.

4.DRB File No. 13237, 103 63rd Street - 63rd Street Residences. The
applicant, La Gorce West, Inc., is requesting Design Review approval
for the construction of a nine (9) story, 42 unit condominium building
and the renovation of an existing hotel structure.

1.DRB File No.13651, 1261 20th Street. The applicant, World Savings Bank,
is requesting Design Review approval for the construction of a
temporary, one (1) story modular structure.

2.DRB File No. 13648, 1000 Fifth Street. The applicant, 1000 Fifth Street
Corp., is requesting Design Review approval for the demolition of three
(3) existing 2-story residences in order to construct a five (5) story office
building.

3.DRB File No. 13644, 6461 Indian Creek Drive. The applicant, Ana Giffoni,
is requesting Design Review approval for the construction of a six (6)
unit, three (3) story condominium.
APPROVED: Subject to staff conditions.
4.DRB File No. 13645, 1995 71st Street - Walgreens. The applicant, RAM
Development Company, Inc., is requesting Design Review approval for
the construction of a one (1) story retail structure with a mezzanine.

5.DRB File No. 13646, 2301 Alton Road - Bayshore Golf Course. The
applicant, the City of Miami Beach, is requesting Design Review

approval for the demolition of an existing clubhouse, maintenance
yard and groundskeepers house and the construction of a new

6.DRB File No. 13649, 3925 Collins Avenue - The Cadillac Hotel. The
applicant, Beta Epsilon Cadillac, LLC, is requesting Design Review
Approval for the partial demolition, alteration, renovation and
restoration of an existing hotel including, but not limited to, the
introduction of balconies, a parking level and a new pool deck.

7.DRB File No. 13650, 2727 Indian Creek Drive - The Indian Creek Hotel.
The applicant, Zammy Midgal, is requesting Design Review Approval
for the partial demolition and alteration of an existing hotel, in order
