Development Company, Inc., is requesting Design Review approval for
the construction of a one (1) story retail structure with a mezzanine.

Revisions to Previously Approved Plans
1.DRB File No. 11989 (Published as DRB File No. 14087), 120 Washington
Avenue - The Courts at South Beach. The applicant, the Courts at South
Beach, Ltd., is requesting Design Review Approval for a change in the
previously approved design for on street parking along Meridian Avenue
between 1st and 2nd Streets.

Limited, L.P. is requesting Design Review Approval for the
