Extensions of Time
a.DRB File No. 12438, 501 - 72nd Street - North Shore Park. The
applicant, The City of Miami Beach, is requesting a one (1) year
Extension of Time to obtain a Building Permit for a previously
issued Design Review approval for renovations to an existing
public park, including, but not limited to, the construction of a
new two (2) story community center and basketball
gymnasium, as well as concession stands, a tennis center and
tennis courts, shuffle ball court, and ball fields, and landscape
improvements throughout the park.
APPROVED: One year.
Previously Continued Matters
1.DRB File No. 13645, 1995 71st Street - Walgreens. The applicant, RAM
Development Company, Inc., is requesting Design Review approval for
the construction of a one (1) story retail structure with a mezzanine.

Walgreens Co., is requesting Design Review Approval for the demolition
and reconstruction of a portion of an existing one-story retail structure.

applicant, Block 41st Street, Inc., is requesting Design Review Approval
for the substantial alteration and renovation of an existing retail
structure, inclusive of the conversion to a banking facility with drive-thru
tellers.

The applicant, Casablanca Villas, LLC, is requesting Design Review
