1. Extensions of Time
a. DRB File No. 12762, 630 85th Street - Las Brisas. The applicant, 85th
Street Associates, Ltd., is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time
to obtain a Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review
Approval for the construction of an eighteen (18) unit, four (4) story
residential structure.
APPROVED : One (1) Year
b. DRB File No. 13644, 6461 Indian Creek Drive. The applicant, Ana
Giffoni, is requesting a one (1) year Extension of Time to obtain a
Building Permit for a previously issued Design Review approval for the
construction of a six (6) unit, three (3) story condominium.

2. Previously Continued Matters
1. DRB File No. 15012, 2-32 Collins Avenue. The applicant, JIGS Investments, Ltd.,
is requesting Design Review Approval for the construction of a four (4) story parking
garage with ground-floor retail and accessory office spaces.

2. DRB File No. 15014, 5685 Alton Road - La Gorce Country Club. The applicant, La
Gorce Country Club, is requesting Design Review Approval for the demolition of
existing facilities in order to construct a new clubhouse, cart storage building, pool
and pool cabanas.

3. DRB File No. 15092, 501 72nd Street - North Shore Park Youth Center. The
applicant, the City of Miami Beach Art in Public Places Committee, is requesting
Design Review Approval for the installation of a mural on the west façade of the
building.

4. DRB File No. 14745, 1011 - 1015 Alton Road - Dorick Apartments. The applicant,
Jerry Wish, Trustee, is requesting Design Review Approval for the demolition of
existing residential structures in order to construct a four (4) story, mixed-use facility
consisting of retail, parking and residential units.

5. DRB File No. 14772, 1 Fisher Island Drive - Hazelwood Apartments. The applicant,
Fisher Islands Holdings, LLC, is requesting Design Review Approval for the
construction of four (4), ten (10) story apartment structures with a total of 140 units;
this application is proposed to be approved as a Phased Development Project.

3. New Projects
1. DRB File No. 15384, 2001 Meridian Avenue - Lofts on the Green. The
applicant, FTP Investment Corporation, is requesting Design Review Approval
for the construction of a new eight (8) story condominium building on a vacant
lot facing Dade Boulevard and entered from Meridian Avenue.
