63-88 RDA RESOLUTION NO. 63-88 A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY REQUESTING TAX EXEMPTION ON PROPERTY LOCATED AT 154 MERIDIAN AVENUE, MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ACQUIRED IN LIEU OF EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS TO BE INSTITUTED BY THE MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, FOR PUBLIC USE. WHEREAS, on October 17, 1988, the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency acquired the following described property for public use: The East 60 feet, Lot 1, Block 78 OCEAN BEACH ADDITION NO. 3, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 81, of the Public Record of Dade County, Florida. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, that the MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, herewith formally requests exemption from taxes as of date of acquisition of the property herein set forth, pursuant to Florida Statutes, Section 196.28. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY that a certified copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Metropolitan Dade County Commission, its County Manager, its Tax Assessor and its Tax Collector.
