Subject: Submission of CDBG & ESG 1999/2000 Contractual Agreements for Execution
Attached are three originals of 15 CDBG agreements and one ESG agreement out of a total of 33
contractual agreements. Each agreement has three originals, all of which require the Mayor's and
your signature. It is my understanding that you are to keep the "original" form approved contracts
for your files. These agreements were approved by the City C_9_~i__s~i0n' on September 8, 1999.
Also included for your records, are four City departmental cooperative agreements. While these d6
not require your signature, I have submitted them for your files.
Below I have listed the 15 CDBG and one ESG contracts for your signature. Once we receive the
other CDBG and ESG contracts, they will be forwarded to you for execution. In addition, I have
included an Amendment to the FY 1998/99 CDBG contractual agreement for the Douglas Gardens
Community Mental Health Center/Mayfair Cafe. Should you have questions or need more
