The attached Miami Beach Police Report documents the investigation, apprehension and arrest of Ms. Bobbie Lee Ashenoff on Tuesday, April 26, 2005. Ms. Ashenoff submitted her resignation on Wednesday, April 27, 2005. We are handling this issue as both a personnel matter and an ongoing criminal investigation. As such, there is not a lot of information we can share atthis time. However, be assured we will pursue this matter vigorously through all appropriate avenues.
