Attached for your perusal is a letter from Mr. Kevin Maguire, Vice President and General Manager,
Atlantic Broadband, announcing a realigning and simplifying of its channel lineup. It should be
noted that effective July 20,2005, Miami Beach Government Channel 20 will be moving to channel
77 and Miami-Dade County Channel will be moved from 34 to 76.

As your full-service broadband cable provider, Atlantic Broadband is committed to
keeping you informed about changes to our lineup, products and services.
For the convenience of our subscribers, effective July 20, 2005, Atlantic Broadband will
be realigning and simplifying its channel lineup. The new lineup groups channels in
"interest clusters" that make it easier to find the channels they want to watch. Please see
the following information, which summarizes the changes. I have also attached a channel
line-up, as well as a copy of the letter that subscribers will begin receiving in early June.
It explains how we will be grouping similar channels to make it easier for them to
navigate by geme.
Also effective July 20, 2005, Atlantic Broadband will be adding the following new
channels:
Dedicated Hispanic channels:
Azteca America (Ch. 80) The fastest growing Hispanic network in the U.S.,
offering novellas, reality TV, Mexican soccer, news
and talk shows.
WGEN-8 (Ch. 11) Local independent Spanish programming.
Four additional HD channels:
Cinemax HD
TNT HD
PBS HD
WBFS-33 UPN HD

One important new feature involves the placement of local public interest programming.
As of July 20, all government, municipal and educational access channels will be in a
cluster located at positions 76 through 79. The Miami Dade channel will move from
channel 34 to channel 76. The Miami Beach municipal programming will move from
channel 20 to channel 77. Cable TAP Community Access and Cable TAP Learning
Access will move from channels 36 and 37 to channels 78 and 79 respectively. This
approach will standardize the location of this programming among cable operators
throughout Miami Dade County, and assist our subscribers in accessing this
programming more easily.
