SUBJECT: 5th and Alton/Final Development Agreement
DATE: June 20, 2005
I'm attaching four (4) original copies of the above-referenced Development Agreement, as
well as accompanying attachments/documentation, as referenced in Attorney Brian Tague's
cover letter, dated June 1ih, 2005 (copy also attached). Per Brian's letter, please have the
Development Agreements signed by the Mayor and City Clerk, dated, and notarized. Once
finalized, one (1) original copy is to be returned to the Developer; the City is also required
to record the Development Agreement and submit it to the State Land Planning Agency, as
a condition to the Agreement becoming effective.
