A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE DONATION OF FIFTEEN
(15) OFFICE TYPE ELECTRICAL LAMPS, AT AN AVERAGE RETAIL VALUE
OF $398.66 EACH FOR A TOTAL OF $5,980.00 FROM GRACIELA PAGANI,
TO BE UTILIZED FOR LIGHTING IN VARIOUS OFFICES LOCATED IN THE
MIAMI BEACH POLICE DEPARTMENT HEADQUARTERS BUILDING.
WHEREAS, the Miami Beach Police Department has offices throughout the
Headquarters Building
WHEREAS, Graciela Pagani of Fendi Casa wishes to donate fifteen (15) office
type electrical lamps, at an average retail value of $398.66 for a total of $5,980.00, to the
City of Miami Beach; and
WHEREAS, the lamps will be given to the Miami Beach Police Department, to
be utilized for lighting in various offices in the Headquarters Building;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DUL Y RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEA FL RIDA, that the
donation of fifteen (15) lamps from Graciela Pagani of Fenqi Cas, w. a total value of
$5,980.00, to be utilized by the Miami Beach Police DepartJ;Ilent is e accep

for a total of $5,980.00. The lamps will be utilized for lighting in various offices located in the
Miami Beach Police Department Headquarters Building.
