Weare requesting that you execute the contract for Indigo Service Corporation on page 36 of this PSA and return the contract to the City's Procurement Division. Please provide your firm's "Certified Hourly Rates" (Schedule C) on pages 39-40, for all individuals that may be involved with any capital project or study as a result of this Agreement.
