SUBJECT: Adjustment of term limits for Historical Preservation Board members Randall Robinson, Beth
Dunlop, and Mitch Novick
Due to a clerical error, Historic Preservation Board Members; Randall Robinson, Beth Dunlop, and
Mitch Novick were erroneously listed for a term limit ending in 2005. The Historic Preservation Board
has a term limit of six consecutive years. Randall Robinson, Beth Dunlop and Mitch Novick were each
appointed originally December 20, 2000. Their correct term limit date should be December 31,2006.
Mr. Robinson, Ms. Dunlop, and Mr. Novick were notified about the correction by telephone. The City
Clerk's Office has sent a follow-up letter to confirm the telephone conversation and apologize for any
inconvenience.
The attachment to this LTC illustrates graphically the error and the correction of the error as indicated
by an asterisk.
