TIllS INDENTURE is made this 241h day of January 2000 by and between The City of Miami Beach, Florida,
a municipal corporation (hereina~er "GRANTOR ") and Gary Davenport, as Trttstee of the DavenportlBrettonlKemp
Land Trttst No. 1 (hereinafter "GRANTEE") of 1775 Jefferson Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida 33139.
WITNESSET! !
That said GRANTOR, for and in consideration of the sum often Dollars and other good and valuable consideration,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells and conveys to said GRANTEE, his heirs,
personal representatives, successors and assigns, all of its right, title and interest in and to a certain parcel of real property,
situate in Miami-Dade County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 13, Block 21 of Alton Beach Realty Company's Amended Golf Course Plat, according to the Plat
thereof filed in Plat Book 6 at Page 26 of the Public Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
This Deed is executed subject to all restrictions, easements and limitations of record, taxes for the year 2000 and
a restrictive covenant being recorded simultaneously herewith. GRANTOR does hereby fifily warrant title to said property
and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by and through GRANTOR.
WITNESS the GRANTOR has caused this deed to be executed the day and year first written above at Miami Beach,
Florida.
