Bob,
As you directed me, I took the attached "Non -Exclusive Easement" to Bob Halfhill to fill in the number of feet at
the end of the first paragraph. Bob Halfhill gave it to Michael Alvarez who wrote in the number "13" as you can
see in the attachment. Also Raul Aguila said that the January 11, 2006 date was OK to write as the execution
date. The document has been signed by the Mayor and after you signed it, it can be recorded in the public
records.
