Bill of Sale for Artistic Fence from Andrew Reid, Artist
Attached is an original copy of the executed Bill of Sale for the artistic piece constructed
for the Victory Garden fence. Pursuant to the Agreement between Andrew Reid (the
Artist) and the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency, dated March 19, 2003, attached,
the Artist has provided all documentation required to complete the Project.
The Agreement was executed upon authorization of the City M,.ay~and Commission
and the Miami Beach Redevelopment Agency Chairman and~embers through
Resolutions Nos. 2003-25151 and 445-2003 respectively, attached.

BILL OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that ANDREW REID, individually and on behalf of his
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns (hereinat~er referred to as the "Party of the First Part"),
for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND 00/100 ($10.00) DOLLARS, in the lawful money of the
United States, to it paid by the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, a public body corporate and politic
whose principal address is 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, Florida (hereinat~er referred to as the
"Party of the Second Part"), the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold,
transferred, and delivered, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, transfer and deliver unto the said
Party of the Second Part, its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, all of the right, title, and
interest to, including but not limited to any and all irrevocable copyrights, trademarks and licenses, that certain
personal property, created and installed by Party of the First Part and more specifically described as follows:
The Work of Art created by Andrew Reid, as "Artist", under that certain
Agreement between the City of Miami Beach, Florida and Andrew Reid for
Commissioned Artwork, dated March 19, 2003; said Work of Art also referred to
as the "Victory Garden Fence", as located and installed at 226 Collins Avenue,
Miami Beach, Florida, and as fimher generally depicted in the photograph(s)
attached and incorporated as Exhibit "A" hereto (hereat~er referred to as the "Art
Work").
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Art Work unto the said Party of the Second Part, its heirs,
executors, administrators, successors and assigns forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does, for and on behalf of its heirs, executors, administrators, successors
and assigns, covenant to and with the said Party of the Second Part, its heirs, executors, administrators,
successors and assigns, that the Party of the First Part is the lawful owner of the said Art Work; that said Art
Work is free from all encumbrances; that it has good right to sell the same aforesaid; and that it will warrant and
defend the sale of said Art Work hereby made, unto the said Party of the Second Part, its heirs, executors,
administrators, successors and assigns against the lawful claims and demands of all persons whomsoever.
WITNESS WHEREOF, the Party of the First Part has executed this Bill of Sale this .a~ day of

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH VICTORY GARDEN FENCE
The Victory Garden Fence is constructed of highest quality aluminum and designed
to be maintenance free. If however there are any stains or dirt that will not come off
with water, it is recommended that Alumabrite, a product readily available at
NAPA Auto Parts stores, be sprayed onto area for touch up. After ten seconds,
rinse off. Do not use household cleaning products or acid to clean the fence.
Maintenance Instructions: Miami Beach Victory Garden Fence
The fence has been constructed of long-lasting materials, designed for minimal
maintenance.
