I am considering appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation
Committee for the Request for Proposal for Graffiti Removal Services. The
Committee will review and make recommendations on the three proposals received
under the Graffiti Removal Services RFP issued on January 11, 2006.
1. Fernando Vazquez, City Engineer, Publics Works Department
2. John Toledo, Assistant Division Director, Property Management
3. William Riley, Lieutenant- RDA, Miami Beach Police Department
4. Richard Lorber, Planning and Zoning Manager
5. Janice Pye, Code Administrator, Neighborhood Services Department
