QUIT -CLAIM DEED
THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED, made this ft/. day of ~ , 2006, by the
MIAMI BEACH REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, a public body corporate and politic,
whose address is: c/o Executive Director, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach,
Florida 33139, as "Grantor", and the CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, a Florida municipal
corporation, whose address is: c/o City Manager, 1700 Convention Center Drive, Miami
Beach, Florida 33139, as "Grantee".
WITNESSETH, that the Grantor, for good consideration and for the sum of TEN
DOLLARS AND NO/lOO ($10.00) paid by the Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by these presents does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and quitclaim unto the Grantee, all right, title interest and claim which the said
Grantor has in and to the following described parcel of land and all tenements,
hereditaments, improvements and appurtenances belonging or in any way appertaining
thereto in the County of Miami-Dade, State of Florida to wit:
Lots 7, 9 and 11, less the northern 10 feet for right-of-way, and the
northern 25 feet of Lots 10 and 12, Block 2, Miami Beach Improvement
Company Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 7 of the Public
Records of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatsoever of the Grantor, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit, and behalf of the Grantee.
The benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding upon the
heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns of the respective parties hereto.
Whenever used herein, the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the
successors and assigns of corporations and/or public bodies as referenced herein.
