RE: PASS THROUGH FEES
MARCH 18 AGENDA
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please prepare an ordinance for the March 18 agenda which requires that the Commission
institute any pass-through fees within thirty (30) days of an approved rate increase. Under the
assumption that a rate increase is considered a pass-through fee, there is no reason for the
separation of the two items. This ordinance will effectively simplify the issue both for the
commission and our residents. If the Commission is to approve a rate increase, any pass-through
fee to our residents should take effect concurrently.
