WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Department and the Contractor heretofore on thls4th (Thill ~~t. ~~~))
entered Into an Agreement whereby the Department retained the Contractor to perform Maintenance of all
Landscape and I or ruM areas within the Departmenfs right-of-way within the limb defined in Attachment "A"
of the orlainal aareement.

WHEREAS, said Agreement has a renewal option which provides for a renewal if mutually agreed to by both
parties and subject to the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, this Agreement witnesseth that for and In consideration of the mutual benefits to flow each
to the other, the parties agree to a renewal of said original Agreement for a period beginning th1 st day of
SeDtember , 2006 and ending the 31st day of August , 2007
at a cost 01$ 150,000.00
All terms and conditione of said original Agreement shall remain In force and effect for this renewal.

The Department and the City of Miami Beach have executed the Renewal (#2) of the
Turf and Landscape Agreement noted above.
This is the formal authorization to begin work. The contract renewal shall begin on the
1 st of September 2006 and end on the 31 st of August 2007
