Miami Beach, Florida 33138 Re: Quit Claim Deed from 3yth Street Realty Corp., Inc. to City of Miami Beach for approximately 0.086 Acres of Green Space on the Westside of 3yth Street and Indian Creek Drive (the Property) Dear Mr. Supraski: The City Clerk's Office and the City Attorney's Office have been conducting a review of pending and/or unresolved matters pertaining to past City transactions. In the course of this review, I am attaching City of Miami Beach Resolution No. 99-23409, which accepted a Quit Claim Deed from your client, 3yth Street Realty Corp., Inc., to the City, for the above-referenced Property (as legally described in the attached Resolution). I am also attaching a copy of the Quit Claim Deed which you prepared, conveying the Property to the City. I have reviewed the records of the Office of the Miami-Dade County Clerk and find that the attached Deed was never recorded by the City although as you will note from the attached copy, a recordation form was filled out in and around September 4th, 2002. At this time, the City would of course like to record the attached Deed, thereby formally resolving this transaction and finalizing the transfer of legal ownership in the Property (via recorded title) to the City. As we have been unable to find an ORIGINAL EXECUTED QUIT CLAIM DEED in our files, I would respectively request that you check your files on this matter and see whether you can locate the original Quit Claim Deed. In the event that we cannot locate the original Deed, it will be necessary to execute a new Deed.
