ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER OF RECUSAL
Eunice L. Martin is hereby recused from hearing any and all cases relating to the
following individuals: Eileen Chafetz, Esquire, Richard Shindler, Michael Stern, and
Colleen Martin.
This Administrative Order shall be placed on file in the Offices ofthe City Clerk and
the City Attorney, and a copy shall be delivered to Ms. Martin and the above-named
individuals.
