ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER OF RECUSAL
Eunice L. Martin is hereby recused from hearing any and all cases in which Eileen
Chafetz, Esquire, represents alleged violators, as well as any and all cases in which Eileen
Chafetz, Richard Shindler, Michael Stern, and Colleen Martin are the alleged violators.
This Administrative Order shall be placed on file in the Offices of the City Clerk and
the City Attorney, and a copy shall be delivered to Ms. Martin and the above-named
individuals.
Done and Ordered as of this 25th day of July, 2006.
