This is to confirm our telephone conversation of this morning that on page 21 of the Agreement between the City
and your firm for the subject Project, we inadvertently wrote a contract amount of "$2,017,009 as detailed in
schedule B...... ..approved by the City Commission on May 18, 2005". We have made the changes to reflect the
$775,925 negotiated with your firm and approved by the City Commission on May 10, 2006. This e-mail also
serves as confirmation to the City Clerk that you are in agreement with the change. A final executed copy will be
forwarded to you as soon as it is completed.
