The agreements mentioned were never signed. The State notified us
after the commission meeting that they were NOT going to fund the
program at that time so the agreements never went into effect and are
null and void.

This is a follow up to Mr. Parcher's memo dated 2/18/99. Three
agreements with the Department of Business and Professional Regulation
Division of Alcoholic Beverages were forwarded to you for the
appropriate signatures. Please return the documents to the City
Clerk's Office to the attention of Mercy Williams. A fully executed
copy will be forwarded to you for you files with a copy of the
resolution. If you need more information, please call Mercy Williams
or me at 673-7411. We appreciate your help.
