AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
AND
TRANSHIRE
FOR TEMPORARY PERSONNEL SERVICES
This Amendment No. 1 to the above subject Agreement is made and entered into this
/A9/ day of ~-l" /2" 2007, by and between the City of Miami Beach,
Florida (City), and, anshire (Contrac and hereby amends the following provisions:
1) Exhibit "A", the Section entitled "Fee osal", of the Agreement, shall be amended
to provide the following change in Bill Rate per hour, pursuant to Section 3.1 of the
Agreement, entitled "Fee." This change in Bill Rate per hour reflects an increase of
3%, over the previous Bill Rate per hour, based upon the current Consumer Price Index
- Urban Areas (CPI-U), as allowed under Section 3.1 of the Agreement.
The Revised Bill rates per Hour are reflected in the following:

2) Except as expressly amended herein, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
