This was a mistake in our part, the funding was storm water funds (428) the Resolution states water and sewer
funds (424).
Also once this is corrected can you please transfer:

ACTION: Resolution No. 2006-26389 adopted. Jorge Chartrand to handle.
Resolution NO. 2006-26389 was approved on December 6, 2006 and the Resolution processed by the City
Clerk's Office. CIP has submitted a replacement Resolution changing the funding source:
Neighborhood NO.3 Normandy Shores Project, With Funding Available From Previously Appropriated Funds
From The 2003 Series Neighborhood General Obligation (GO) Bond, And The 2000 Series Stormwater Bond.
