City Manager Selection Committee - UPDATE

As of Tuesday morning, May 30th, there are five (5) City Manager candidates to be interviewed.
Mr. Randy Oliver has withdrawn, The candidates are scheduled to arrive in Miami Beach during
the morning of Wednesday, May 31, Listed below is the schedule of activities,
Wednesday, May 31:
Between 1 :30 p,m, and 3 :30 p,m, Michael Aller will take the candidates on a tour of Miami Beach,
George Neary was originally scheduled to do the tour with Michael, however, he is unable to attend,
Between 6:30 p,m, and 7:30 p,m, A "Meet and Greet" the candidates reception will be held in the
1st Floor Conference Room at City Hall. The "Meet and Greet" reception will be advertised and is
open to the public.
After the "Meet and Greet" reception, Michael Aller has made arrangement to take the candidates
to dinner.

As part of the interview process, the Selection Committee has requested that each candidate make
a 7-10 minute presentation describing their first six months as City Manager, and what they expect
to have accomplished in the first 24 months, Attached are the suggested interview questions. The
interview sessions will be video taped,
