SUBJECT: Proposed Evaluation Committee for the Construction Manager at Risk Pre-
Construction Services for the Renovation of the 10th Street Auditorium /
Beach Patrol Headquarters Project
The purpose of this LTC is to update the Mayor and City Commission on the Request for
Qualifications (RFQ) No. 29-06/07, and to request approval of the proposed Evaluation
Committee Members.
On March 27, 2007, RFQ No. 29-06/07 was issued for a Construction Manager at Risk Firm
to provide pre-construction services for the renovation of the 10th Street Auditorium /Beach
Patrol Headquarters Project.
I am proposing appointing the following individuals to serve on the Evaluation Committee on
the above RFQ:
Jorge Cano CIP Assistant Director
William Cary Planning Department
Eric Yuhr Ocean Rescue
Scott Tim Miami Design Preservation League
Jack Johnson South Beach Resident
