Drive Miami Beach, FL 33139 This is a formal request for time extension on the Miami Beach Wayfinding Project. This request comes from an extensive delay in execution of the contract due to permit and contractual changes and will become part of the Change Order D (Delay Charges) submittal. Gable Signs requests that a time extension of 90 calendar days be added to our contract and will become effective based on the issuance date of the Second Notice to Proceed. Below are the conditions based on the need for this request: 1. Second Notice to Proceed is occurring over 1-1/2 years past the original scheduled start date. 2. Manufacturing facility is back-logged with current projects already approved for production. Due to the significant time increase for this Project, GableSigns will not make any claim for and will not be entitled to any liquidated savings, as defined in Section 00600 Contract, of amended Article 2.6 Savings found on page 46 of the contract documents.
