Florida Department of Transportation, hereinafter called "'Department", and City of Miami Beach
hereinafter called "Contractor".
WITWE33ETH:
WHEREAS, the Department and the Contractor heretofore on ~tis1 ~h day of October 2005

entered into an Agreement whereby the Department retained the Contractor to perform Turf and landscape
Maintenance on Julia Tuttie Causeway { SR-112}
and
WHEREAS, said Agreement has a renewal option which provides far a renewal if mutually agreed to by both
parties and subject to the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, Phis Agreement witnesseth that for and in consideration of the mutual benefits to flaw each
to the other, the parties agree to a renewal of mid original Agreement for a period beginning the 18th day of
October ~ 2407 and er-ding the 17#h day of October , 2008
at a cast of $ 150 400.00
Alt terms and conditions of said original Agreement shaft remain in force and effect for this renewal.
IN WETNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement by their duty authorized officers on the day,
month, and year set forth above.

Dear Mr. Oldenburg:
"I"he existing "Turf and Landscape Memorandum of Agreement" between the City of
Miami Beach and the Department will. expire October 17, 2007. The Department desires
to enter into a second renewal far a period of one year beginning October 18, 2007 and
ending October 17, 2005. The expected appropriation far one year will be $ 154,000 in
accordance with Section 287.0582, F.S.
If the City also desires to enter into a second renewal, please execute the five (5) enclosed
agreements and return them before September 1, 2047 (please leave the date. blank on the
tap of the form}.
