I don't know why it was applied for when a fulllstandard tax property tax exemption from the County was available. It appears someone in the former Manager's office 08/20/2007 Page 2 of 3 applied far County HP ad valorem tax exemption without our (Planning's) knowledge and then realized it wasn't necessary. From: Reboso, Robert Sent: Tuesday, August 14, 2007 11:51 AM To: Cary, William Subject: FW: Tax Exemption Covenant Bill In speaking with the County your name came up as someone who could possibly shed some light on this matter. The County states that the referenced Covenant was rescinded (not sure by who) and never executed. Instead, the County gave the City a fulllstandard property tax exemption on the property. Any recollection as to what happened?
