Our firm is currently under contract with the City of Miami ""' Beach for Professional Land Surveying services. We have been under contract with Miami-Dade County for General Land and Engineering Surveying Services since 1995 and performed land surveying work for Public Works, Aviation Department, DERM, DORM, Fire Rescue, Police Department, GSA, Water and "' Sewer, Housing Agency, Solid Waste and many other County departments. We are familiar with the contract provisions for Professional Land Surveying Services including: note keeping, field work, survey drawings and general work requirements. For the past three years we have been the Land Surveying Consultant for Florida International University. For the past six years we have been under contract with the Miami-Dade County Public "~" School Board for Land Surveying Services and have surveyed existing and proposed facilities including Ground Penetration Radar (GPR) reports. "^ We are familiar with the various scopes of work associated with City and County projects. As consultants for H J Ross we have conducted multiple Topographic Surveys for Neighborhood Drainage Projects for the City of Miami. As consultants for SRS we have conducted Topographic Surveys for Water and Sewer Projects for the City of Hialeah. Our related experience is listed in this submittal. Qualifications of Firm The firm of J. Bonfill & Associates is a woman owned firm, located at 9360 Sunset Drive Suite 265, Miami, Florida, 33173. It was incorporated in the State of Florida in 1980 to provide Land Surveying Services. The founder and current Surveyor of Record, Juan J. Bonfill, has been providing Land Surveying Services in the State of Florida for 26 years and has over 40 years experience as a Land Surveyor. Jacqueline Bonfill Gee joined the firm in 1987. In 1989 she became President and Owner of the Firm and Architecture was added to the scope of services. Jacqueline Bonfill Gee is experienced in project management and administration of ... governmental and institutional work. She has extensive background in land surveying and oversees the daily operation of the Firm. She is active in the large-scale projects requiring her land planning skills and is directly involved in all stages of the project.
