LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A 5 foot easement located in a parcel designated PRIVATE PARK in AMENDED
PLAT OF BELLE ISLAND, Plat Book 5, Page 11, Public Records of Miami-Dole
County, Florida, the center line of which is described as follows:
Commence at the point of intersection of the center line of Bridge Road (now
Venetian Way) and the center line of that portion of Island Avenue adjacent to the
west boundary of the above mentioned parcel designated PRIVATE PARK; thence
run easterly, along the center line of Bridge Rood (now Venetian Way) for a
distance of 504.90 feet; thence deNect 90°00'00" to the right for a distance of
88.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the center line of the 5 foot easement
herein described; thence run westerly, 88.00 feet south (measured at right angle)
and parallel to the center line of said Venetian Way for a distance of 363.38 feet
to the POINT OF TERMINUS. Said easement located in Section 33, Township 53
South, Range 42 East, City of Miami Beach, Miami-Dade County, Florida.
