SUBJECT: PARKING GARAGE RATES
As you may recall, the Mayor and Commission approved an amendmentto the City's parking
rate ordinance which adjusted: parking meter rates in South Beach; metered space rental
rates for valet parking; municipal parking garage rates, citywide, with the exception of the
16"' Street "Anchor" Garage; and residential scratch-off hang-tags will be available as six
month/annual visitor hang-tags were discontinued. Please note that the adjustment to
parking meter rates in South Beach shall not be implemented until such time that the In-Car
Meter Program is available.
