Change Management The Change Control Procedure is a crucial mechanism affecting the success or (allure of the project. This process is the primary vehicle for containing scope. Any changes made to the scope of the project once started (i.e.. atlditional labor or materials requested by New World Systems Corp. shall constitute a change request. A Change Management form will be the vehicle for communicating change. This form may be used to obtain New World Systems Corp.'s approval for any portion of the work, including but not limited to project milestones, deliverables, and final task or project completion requirements. New World Systems Corp. shall indicate its acceptance of the service or deliverable by signing the Work Approval Form within five business days from presentation of the completed service or deliverable. Services and deliverables will be deemed accepted if New World Systems Corp. fails to respond within Ihis five-day period and will be billed.
