Resolution of the Transparency, Reliability and Accountability Committee At the Transparency, Reliability and Accountability Committee (TRAC) Meeting held on Wednesday, October 29, 2008, the Committee passed a resolution recommending the Mayor and City Commission direct the City Managerto analyze the appropriate scope, costs, and funding for expanding the locator system to the City's entire vehicle fleet and prepare a report and recommendation to the City Commission.
