The City Clerk of the City of Miami Beach is hereby directed and authorized to release the above referenced lien(s) imposed upon the real property at 635 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida, pursuant to conditions herein and as described herein. Condition(s) of Settlement: These liens in the amount of $532,779.56 are settled pursuant to the City Commission approval on January 28, 2009 and in consideration of receipt of a total of $9,000.00 receipt of which is hereby acknowledged.
