That in order to expedite consideration of the busi-~
ne~s of the City of` Pdiacni Beach, I'lora,~.~a, maintai..n proper decorum
during Council meetings, and 'to provi.~ic CouncilrnF~n with the in-
fo_•-ration needed to consider those matters upon ~•~hicl~ they are
r~~ai red to vote, the following Rules of Order be,; and the. game
as'e hereby adopted aid promulgated fo.r the governance of th~~
City Council. of the City of riiarni BErach, Florida: ~
1. Limit public discussion to that section of the
,agenda to hear cit~,ze~s who regi stc•.~ with the . Cit
advance, by 5` P.M. 'or? Y Manager in
Monday preceding the Council mooting held
on Wednesday.
2. Unanimous appro,~a l of_ ~ Counci lmen in attc n dance shall
br` requir.ed for any mat~tc.r to be' di::cussed that is not on the
C°uncilmar~ic Agenda, or on any Addendum. thereto.
